Here are a few ways you can be transparent with clients:ġ) Let them know when you text them, so they don’t think it’s spam.Ģ) After you’ve given your client a free consultation via phone, send them a follow-up text letting them know it’s okay to text you with questions.ģ) Let clients know they can reply to your messages if they need anything. Let them know each time you text them, or they’ll start to feel spied on. One of the most critical aspects of text messaging with clients is transparency. Try to keep them under 100 characters.ģ) Don’t overuse certain words like “free” or “call.” It may seem tempting to use these words because they’re familiar, but they won’t help you stand out from other agents.Ĥ) Use an auto-responder feature.
